Perfect! FS8 is designed for all fitness levels. Our instructors provide regressions (easier modifications) and progressions (advanced variations) in every class, so you can work at your own pace. Many of our members started with zero Pilates experience.
No special equipment needed—we provide everything at the studio. Wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows you to move freely. Most members wear activewear or workout clothes. Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.
With the 5 Classes offer, you have 5 classes total to use within 10 days. You can attend them all in one week or spread them out—it's up to you. Quality over quantity!
Let our instructors know about any injuries or limitations before class starts. They're trained to provide modifications and alternatives so you can participate safely and effectively. Your comfort and safety are our priority.
If you're not completely satisfied after your first class, simply contact us at [email protected] and we'll refund your full payment—no questions asked. We're confident you'll love it, but we want you to feel risk-free.
After your offer period, you can choose to continue with our flexible membership options. Many members love the FS8 experience and decide to stay. We'll discuss options that fit your goals and budget.
Yes! Many of our members bring friends and family. It's a great way to experience the FS8 community together. Just let us know in advance so we can ensure we have space in the class.
That's completely fine! Your offer is flexible. Attend as many or as few classes as you can during the offer period. Quality over quantity—even 2-3 classes per week will show real results.
